Emmanuella Edeh's work is very explanatory and the points are thoroughly broken down such that even a person who is not acquainted with law will not find it difficult to understand.
Something I noticed however was that the words "data privacy" and "data protection " were used interchangeably all through this work. Wrongly so because although it is common practice for people to interchange the two terms, they are not the same.
Data privacy defines who has access to data. It is about who is PRIVY to the data, who can see what information, who can use and access the data .
Data Protection provides tools to restrict access to the data. It is about the policies, and measures put to safeguard data.
The work is overall a good and neat work but the very topic of the research could have been explained better.
